Get To Know Sarah
Experienced. Knowledgeable. Professional.
My name is Sarah Pinger and I am dedicated to helping others fulfill their dreams of home ownership. I have worked in the service industry my entire life, making my #1 goal the satisfaction and happiness of my clients. It is my ambition to make your home buying or selling experience the best.
Within my first 2 years in real estate, I have earned my GRI designation, ABR® designation and my MRP designation. The GRI designation stands for Graduate Realtor® Institute. I have taken numerous education classes above and beyond the required continuing education credits in order to learn all aspects of buying and selling real estate to create a solid foundation to assist my clients in the biggest purchase or sale of their life. The ABR® designation stands for Accredited Buyer's Representative. As an ABR®, I serve as a buyer's advocate. I will work hard for you to help you find the right home, at the right price and I will negotiate all of the details along the way. The MRP designation stands for Military Relocation Professional. I have taken the extra steps to learn in details about VA loans, as well as the process of obtaining a VA loan. I have the extra knowledge to help when a family has received PCS orders or for a family who is looking for their very first home.
On a personal note, I was born in Grand Rapids, MI but was quickly moved from the snowy weather to our forever home in Glendale, Arizona and here is where I was raised. I am married to a wonderful and supportive man with whom we have three young daughters.
I remember how confusing, stressful and exciting my first real estate purchase was and I decided at that point that I wanted to help others make it through it as well. My focus is on YOU and making real estate fun!
My Mission Statement:
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
